“Super Star!” I like all four of those blogs and will strive to implement their techniques in my own way to my blog.

Successful blogging is taking bits and pieces of knowledge from the masters and putting your own spin on it to make it yours. This saves loads of time in the “Trial and Error” department. You're going to be experimenting enough as it is, why not do what successful people are doing with your own signature twist added?

Super stars became superstars because they help. Giving freely opens the way to consistent receiving Chris B talks about writing year's worth of valuable blog posts and giving them away for FREE before he made it big. Now he commands many thousands of dollars and up per day for his time. He earned it by giving advice, sharing his knowledge, and most of all sharing the most valuable commodity – time – with fellow bloggers. Give for the sake of giving and you'll get a lot.

There is always learning as you go and learning from your mistakes, but why not lessen those mistakes by going to the people that are where you want to be and learn.

Blogging Star? Well, I don't know what it takes either it depends on the level or subject matter. I have had several different blogs but now am finding my niche as they say. And I already know I am star, being i published two books and on my third now its just a matter of getting them out there. So thanks for the help and encouragement you give others this to me shows abundance.

Honest feedback is so important as well when you're first getting started. There are so many resources and people to learn from online. “All we have to do is ask?” I'd have to say yes. Of course if someone just does not have the time I'm sure they will point you in the right direction. Ultimately it's up to YOU to decide how much work you're going to put in. Don't be fooled either. While it may be more accessible to reach success online there is still work and skill involved. I have learned from failure and I still do. I appreciate all your insight. I went to many top bloggers/marketers to promote my Twitter Dummy Guide.. and some agreed and some said no. and gave me good reason for the no, and some said no, but offered me a guest post opp.

So in the end even with a no, my blog still benefited just by asking.

Lots of great suggestions there and I'd add, post unique content.

If you're struggling with unique content then post your opinion on someone else's content that adds something to that story.

But at the same time there is a blogging star die off too. Blogging has become very competitive. If you don't keep working hard, you will be eliminated from the game very soon.

Like anything else… it takes hard work to succeed.

In the beginning every bit of personal help from someone who has more experience than you is valuable. I like your attitude here and I agree that helping others is good for all sides evolved.
By the way, I saw a short lecture by Vaynerchuk the other day in youtube. No doubt this guy is hilarious and a social marketing genius.

Personality, an ability to communicate that online and your desire to help others around you to succeed (and an ability to motivate others when their appetite for the graft is growing thin – I read (over on ZK's great blog) about John Chow doing this and its to be thoroughly admired!) are what it takes to become a blogging super star, in my own very humble opinion!
