Thanks for the tip on Stickies! I LOVE sticky notes, and this seems like a much more organized option. Less likelihood of sticking it somewhere to remind me later and then losing it.

I agree that a to-do list can work against you if things continue to not get done on your list, it will make you feel like your not productive.

But if used correctly, and using smaller lists thru the day. it is a great tool to keep you focused and moving forward.

Quite interesting John Paul
I found the “Not completing the most important tasks of the day first thing in the morning” very useful. It’s the secret to feeling that you achieved something during the day. Completing THAT task.

However, I think that list must be used carefully. I recently wrote a post on how to-do list could damage our strategic thinking. But I guess, it all comes back to finding a balance in our business activities.
