I like to talk while I write my post. It has helped me a lot (sometimes, I do get post ideas while I talk and blog at the same time). Having a conversational format for your posts will help you to build trust among your readers.

These are great tips. I would add that grammar is REALLY important if your readers are also fellow writers and bloggers.

Sometimes I end with a question.. sometimes I don’t. I think always ending with a question waters it down and people will get so used to seeing it they will over look it.
