I had 24 followers, 30 self-promoting tweets, no background image and a boring profile, so I was well qualified as a "Twitter Dummy." Over the last several weeks, I've upgraded according to John Paul's advice. I have over 300 followers now (on my way to 1,000 then 10,000, etc...) but the most exciting increase has been traffic to my blog (and website). It is up 6 fold and has increased from only US visitors to 12 other countries thanks to the community I'm building on Twitter. Book sales are climbing too!Twitter Dummy is the best business tool I've invested in this year. It will be instrumental in making my book a bestseller. Thank you JP.
