I agree that over using keywords makes a good article be a bad article very quickly. Especially since there isn't any benefit to over using keywords. top middle and bottom of a post is plenty,, any more then that and Google wont like it.

I agree that a blogger needs to use that phrase smartly and avoid keyword stuffing. It is important not only to keep white hat SEO for search engines, but for your readers as well.
